So I give 5 stars although ours arrived damaged because the case is very good and exactly what I wanted and the one that is not broken is worth 5 stars. Regarding the damage, I used the support chat and they immediately offered some very acceptable solutions. No worries, no problems. I will be getting a new case asap as the only thing wrong with mine was the damage shown in the picture and a noticeable petrol smell that started to dissipate as soon as it was unpacked. Otherwise it was a very nice thick finish and the texture is a nice bonus as it isn't sticky or slippery so no flying remotes or a rough sticky feel. We've changed the remote for this TV three times now and I think this case will save us a fourth or at least a fifth for a long time as I didn't order a case until my kids started destroying the current one. All in all a very good case and I'll be happy with mine when I get a replacement.
