Definitely positive the best natural cleanser I have ever used! I'm in seventh heaven after 9. I know it may sound silly, but if you have hard water you'll understand. I tried it and thought it was another waste of my money. I sprayed it on my scaled up kitchen faucet, it bubbled! Then I sprayed it in my sink, my sink sparkled like never before and it's still sparkling after 7 days. Holy cow, I'm so blown away by the crafty lemon I still can't believe it. Yes, I have a life that only someone with very hard water like me can understand. This is the best product on the market, I've tried them all. THANK YOU SO MUCH! One less thing to think about. Something else. It cleans stainless steel equipment like nothing else! The windows and my hob which is 3 years old but looked 20 years old. I sprayed 9 on it and it looks brand new. In fact I am so impressed 9 and I will be buying washing powder too. I don't review cleaning products but just had to brag about 9. This really is a keeper!
