great alternative to SOME prescription mood stabilizers

I decided to invest in them when I lost my job and couldn't get prescription mood stabilizers. I suffer from post traumatic stress disorder, anxiety and depression and this has helped me maintain a more neutral mood and avoid extreme emotional swings. I will still resort to the meds I take for my PTSD trigger as it gives me no relief but I highly recommend this product for stress, anxiety and mood management.
