The first one bought after 2 weeks the USB port stopped working so I sent it back and the return process was terrible, at first they said I was wrong about it was charging but turned out to be charging wirelessly which still works. but it didn't work with the usb port. After a long process, Amazon gave me a full refund and I bought another one. the same after about a month this time the usb port stopped working. After investigating the USB port issue, it turned out to be a known issue since the phone is designed for dual screens that there is a USB port issue. So I'm just guessing, but I think 8/10 of these refurbished ones have been fixed due to USB connections. So be careful as they easily break even after reinstallation.
