Broken off in the engine!
Had to be modified to fit my 302 in a '66 Mustang. Then, after inserting the dipstick several times, the last 2 inches flew out of my engine! The sheath should be spring steel and flexible, and this probe is rigid and will break if bent. The tube comes pre-bent with the curves you want, but the probe can't handle the bend? Crazy.
