Impressive GPS, finder and accessories

I felt a bit uncomfortable with these unbranded products (at least I didn't know the brand) but it wasn't. The protector arrived in a box with another item and it looks like there was a small tear that wasn't noticed at first. I was a freak with the setup and suggest keeping the windows open, turning off the vents and being patient while you apply from the top edge. if necessary lift it up a bit and try again. Slow motion prevents bubbles from entering. It is best to avoid bubbles when applying as they are difficult to squeeze out. Before installing, I used the dust magnet that came with each inch of the screen. I did this even though I didn't remove the factory screen cover first! The screen protector was aligned along the top edge of the display and taped in place, allowing me to lift and remove the backing before applying the screen protector. It's possible, a little tricky, and can be a bit of an OCD. The top edge is well glued and of course goes down perfectly, no bubbles. My normal screen brightness is 0% so I increased it to 10% due to the advertised darkness. This wasn't necessary, the protector doesn't dim the brightness much, if at all. There's no glare, the screen looks great from all angles, in bright light, in the dark and everything else. The oleophobic coating works well, but there are streaks on the screen after pressing and swiping. The supplied microfiber cloth cleans perfectly. I'm a fan of the slick feel of the screen cover. My fingers glide across the display with very little resistance, it's so smooth it almost feels "soapy". I checked the thickness with a micrometer but found it to be slightly thicker than the 0.3mm, 0.4mm I described. I was hoping for something thicker, like an iPhone screen protector, but it's not that thick. It's ok, I just don't think it will help much on a hard hit. However, since it's paired with a Gorilla Glass screen, it should handle minor bumps just fine. I haven't compared it to the $70 ElonAccessory anti-glare screen protector, which is very expensive, but I'm not interested. I am completely satisfied with the performance of this product. Fix the error on my first screen. there was a small imperceptible crack. I only noticed because of the small "extra line of paint" which was a tear. I wasn't easy to see and I felt nothing. I am assuming this happened when shipping a heavier item that came with a screen protector. I received a replacement unit that was thoroughly tested prior to installation. The new screen was slightly larger and matched the display with less bezel spacing. Both were very close, maybe 1mm less at worst, but the new one was larger and fit better. The surface of the second doesn't seem to be as smooth as the first either, which isn't a problem, just an observation. All in all, highly recommended for those who want an anti-glare screen.
