The item was chipped in place. Maybe from shipping, I would hope. I have to say I was disappointed because I really wanted to keep it because it made my specific 21 Road Glide look really cool. I just couldn't live looking at that broken corner. I am currently processing the return. Once everything is ready there will be an update on how this is done.
