Review on Hartford Healthcare Lab Services by Rick Ross

I like how user friendly our lab is for our clients or families, we are able to have all tests done in a timely manner with great explanations. We dont really like the website since it can be difficult to navigate when using tablets as well as computer. Also it would be nice if there was an option to upload documents from your email/hard drive like some other companies do. Keep up the good work! There's nothing major that I dislike about our lab services but I know things will get updated for better benefits over time as the techs become more knowledgeable about new technology in the industry. Being able to send patient medical records to their doctor's office on a daily basis has improved treatment times greatly. The quality of the equipment is great and the customer service is amazing. The cost of the tests is a little high, but it's worth it for the quality of the tests. I would like to see more tests for different diseases. I also would like to see more tests for different diseases. The tests are very accurate and the results are easy to understand. I have used this equipment for years and have never had a problem.
