Listen! If you are purchasing this for the faucet only, please proceed. However, ALWAYS read the instructions when assembling the drain and even then it may or may not work. The instructions say that you get yourself a counseling flat and put on some tape first. I'm a very strong man weighing 215 pounds with an incredible set of tools. That seems to be pretty much all it took me to take this clutch apart after discovering it was leaking. I wonder how a normal sized person could take this clutch apart. I used a liquid shutter and it works now, but I don't know for how long. Lots of complaints about this drain coupling if you google part RP26533. They sent me another one but they didn't explain if the same procedure is required for the new one. Something so simple becomes difficult.
