The packaging was great. Completely boxed and sealed with tape. The frame is protected and in perfect condition. The frame is beautiful, beautiful matte gold. The glass is glued to the frame so it doesn't come out. I feel like the description didn't describe it accurately, but that's ok. i can work with him That will be fine. Unfortunately, the metal clips that hold the picture/mat/backing cannot be reinserted. I can't figure out how to use them again. NULL statements are included with the framework. As of now, August 12, 2019, there are several "Answered Questions" in the listing where the seller answers the question "How do I return the clips?". And while I'm sure the seller is doing his best, the explanation isn't entirely clear. There are no other instructions anywhere on how to put the clips back in place. I'm afraid of pressing the clips too hard to get them in place because the glass is glued in. I will glue the back. so the frame is at least usable.
