Review on Vuelta ZeroLite Road Comp Wheel by Shawn Xayamonty

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Good value for money, best in sports

I bought these wheels to use as training wheels for my homemade Tri/TT bike. I was very hesitant to buy them at a low price but then again they are used for training. When they arrived the wheels were fine, spokes tight and turning without resistance. So far I haven't had any issues with the wheels and they hold my 215 pounds. They also mount easily to tires and seem to ride well. The only downside I see with these wheels is the weight. If anything changes I will add an update. Wanted to add an update on these wheels. I have ridden these bikes 250km so far. After today's event I'm even more impressed with these wheels. I was driving and walking down a busy road. I had an idiot who thought it would be fun to come up behind me and get on the horn and scare me to death, which he did. I pulled off the road and hit some pretty big rocks, I mean about a foot long. I was able to recover and surprisingly I didn't fall. I was about a mile from my house when it happened and I realized the wheels were fried from all the big rocks I hit. The bike seemed to run fine the rest of the way home and when I got home the wheels were still intact and undamaged. I checked the spoke tension and they seemed even.
