My 2014 Ford Escape Titanium camera started to fail after 7 years of ownership. The original camera was unreliable and only worked occasionally. I replaced the original with this camera and now it works 100%. This camera has a slightly more fisheye lens than the OEM (I can read my license plate!) but it works great and the guides seem to work exactly as they should. Very satisfied. My efforts have saved me $400 to $500 off the cost at the dealer. A YouTube video helped me figure out how to get the backup camera. It remains to buy a head for 10 mm.
