When using wireless mode and typing at a normal or fast pace, the wireless connection keeps disconnecting or hanging up, resulting in many keystrokes. I rebooted the board, tried flashing it with a different firmware and contacted the manufacturer who offered a basic set of troubleshooting steps, although I told them I'd spent hours trying to get it working. They then offered to film me with it and send it to them for them to investigate further, an invasive suggestion that I felt was an immediate hindrance to customer service. There are also several growing threads on Reddit with many people discussing Bluetooth issues. I do not recommend this model. i give it back
