When I ordered this hair care set the ingredients were not listed on this product page (and still are) but I agreed with the statement that the products are silicone free. Not so. While the shampoo doesn't have it — and I LOVE the shampoo — both the conditioner and styling cream contain dimethicone, a silicone. Being sensitive to silicones I've only used these two once just to see how well they work. First the shampoo, because I really like it: a coin-sized amount is enough to thoroughly wash my thick, under-chin-length hair. It creates a rich lather that feels luxurious and leaves my hair clean and manageable, even without using conditioner afterwards. Next: conditioner and leave-in styling cream. Both work very well and I can see why they are worth the price for a set. Unfortunately, since dimethicone is listed as an ingredient in each of these, I won't be using it. Dimethicone intake enrages me because I piously avoid it to prevent dermatitis. The shampoo is a five star product, and others too for those not keen on silicones. I'm giving it two stars mainly because the product page says it's silicone free. – Debbie Lee Wesselman.
