They say that all the products there are made with obsessive attention to detail, but obviously not when we are asked to go up a size order because they will come out small. I ordered 10's and when you peel off the sticker it's an 8. What obviously happened is the quoting obviously ignored the attention to detail and they ended up with shoes that didn't fit resulting in the Price dropped to 9.99.
