First of all this is not a "Designer watch band" but it is a very durable band and is easy to keep clean. These traits are exactly what I am looking for, as I am hard on equipment, especially when doing maintenance jobs. The gleanability part came in handy when I was doing some painting and later noticed that primer paint had gotten on the textured surface of the band. Primer paint is extremely hard to get off of stuff when dry, but a little soapy water and a little scrub and back to new. This is actually the 2nd exact band that I purchase for my Apple Watch. As I mentioned earlier, I am hard on equipment and the band itself was still perfect, but I snagged the loop on the clasp side of the band (where the tail of the other adjustable band tucks in) and it partially tore through. I ordered this replacement through Revain and decided to see if I could make a temporary repair to keep using it until the replacement came. I ended up using a trimmed down piece of black Gorilla tape and it worked fine until the replacement came, although looked a little tacky.
