Doesn't filter the air

I was hoping this would work like a rainbow, pushing air through the water to filter it. It just vibrates, so the water swirls, and I assume that's how it spreads the smell into the air. My husband found it very stressful because he always felt like he was about to fall over or something because the water was swirling so violently.

Pros
