I am 66 years old and have been using Waterpik dental floss for over 10 years as a complement to my daily Sonicare brushing and have enjoyed healthy gums and teeth all the time. When the old Waterpik finally broke I saw this and it looked like a space saving replacement. Trusting the Waterpik name, I bought it and got rid of my old brush (didn't throw it away thankfully). Mind you, I read reviews about the brush's short battery life and only left it on the charger when needed, which I think would have extended its lifespan. First, the button to change brush functions is right where I placed it. my thumb to hold it while using it. I was hoping to fit in, but I didn't, and it got really annoying. Second, my teeth have never been clean. I've changed brushes several times, but no matter how thoroughly I clean; No matter how much I brushed on each setting, my teeth were never clean. I pulled out an old Sonicare today and what a difference! I had almost forgotten how smooth clean teeth felt. I now place Sonicare and this (as a follow up flosser) on my bathroom counter - they take up more space than my original setup. I recommend using Waterpik. This is a great oral hygiene tool, but a toothbrush is useless.
