Review on 🍢 Wilton Mini Squeeze Bottles: 2-Piece Set for Precise Decorating & Sauces by Dmitriy Kingsley

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Top is easy to remove

I have the second such set. If you're using them on something very thin they're fine, but for anything of any thickness - be aware - the top pops out when squeezed. This is what happened with my first set, in which I used melted chocolate in one and frosting in the other (and thinned the frosting like a pancake batter). The second set I bought to try making funnel cakes - when the batter was so thin it was almost water the bottle was fine, when I thickened a slightly too thin batter nothing came out when I looked for lumps searched, there were none, put the lid back on, shook and squeezed a little harder, and again, as with icing and melted chocolate, the lid flew into the hot oil, the batter in the bottle splashed partly into the oils, partly onto the stove. And I have small burns in several places on both of my hands. So definitely don't use them for funnel cakes - and don't microwave the bottles - although someone says they're not microwavable - the reason I had to buy them a second time is because the microwave melted them, when they were 50%. Power to dilute homemade caramel sauce.
