Red lace washed out color; the bottle popped out with little pressure

I was a bit disappointed with these bottles. Usually Wilton has great products. I've made flavored olive oils and they would be perfect. Unfortunately the red cap washed out the color of the tip and any oil it came in contact with! It doesn't seem safe to eat! I gave my friend a bottle of dill oil. She reported that at the slightest squeeze the cap on the bottle came off! I can't think of a frosting that works much better. They were a nice size but I will be switching to better quality cooking…

A good product. the best spice bottles

I wrote a review about these bottles and it was not accepted. sooo I will try again. I like these items because they are squeezable bottles. They are really good for squeezing condiments or lotions that you put inside by applying pressure to them from the outside. This in turn means that what is in is no longer in. but now it's outside of the container and hopefully compressed into what you wanted it pushed into. Red cap. Well the red lid on the top of the container is my favorite part as it…

Don't repeat the mistakes - read the reviews!

Doesn't work well with anything warm. Almond bark frosting is everywhere because the cheap plastic around the cap/lace threads allows the frosting to seep through. After a few moments they just jumped up. I bought two sets of two bottles and all four fell on me and almost ruined my entire load of cookies with large globs of frosting everywhere. I have Fox Run brand squeeze bottles that work great, I just need more for more frosting colors at a time. Bad choose. Will be returning to the Fox Run…

Top is easy to remove

I have the second such set. If you're using them on something very thin they're fine, but for anything of any thickness - be aware - the top pops out when squeezed. This is what happened with my first set, in which I used melted chocolate in one and frosting in the other (and thinned the frosting like a pancake batter). The second set I bought to try making funnel cakes - when the batter was so thin it was almost water the bottle was fine, when I thickened a slightly too thin batter nothing…

Terrible product! To be too good to be true.

Can't believe how this product got 4 stars. I was bribed by numerous reviews and a low price. Attention other buyers. Don't let the price fool you like I did. I tested the product by filling it with homemade aioli. The design of the bottle was so cheap that the first time I used it the cap blew up and I got aioli all over it. Being naive I figured it must be my fault and I didn't secure the cap properly. Not correct. My significant other tried to use some in his food and again the cap came off…

They're perfect for filling royal icing cookies!

When I first started decorating the royal icing cookies, I used piping bags. Then I realized that bottles are great for flooding. I bought some cheap ones from the store and these. I LOVE using them for pouring, here's why: Size: 6 oz is a good size for pouring frosting. I don't usually need to refill it when making multiple colors. I made teddy bears today, used up a lot of brown and had to refill. I have ordered one for 12 ounces when using many of the same color. - Tip: The tip is about the…

are GREAT for glazing. Easy to fill, use and clean. An absolute must for making biscuits. Update: A lot of people have problems with leaking and bouncing tops. First, my bottles are from Wilton and have a paper label at the top. I've seen bottles in the store that look almost exactly the same, but they're not Wilton. I'm not suggesting any third party sells counterfeit or unbranded bottles here, but I would check to see if you're getting genuine Wilton bottles. I only use them for pouring…
