Review on 🍢 Wilton Mini Squeeze Bottles: 2-Piece Set for Precise Decorating & Sauces by Juan Moncrief

They're perfect for filling royal icing cookies!

When I first started decorating the royal icing cookies, I used piping bags. Then I realized that bottles are great for flooding. I bought some cheap ones from the store and these. I LOVE using them for pouring, here's why: Size: 6 oz is a good size for pouring frosting. I don't usually need to refill it when making multiple colors. I made teddy bears today, used up a lot of brown and had to refill. I have ordered one for 12 ounces when using many of the same color. - Tip: The tip is about the size of a Wilton 2 or 3. It fills up pretty quickly! - Mouth: I have ordered two more sets of Revain. , but have a small tip and are very difficult to fill. I know some people who put the icing in a ziplock bag, cut off a corner and fill like that. I think that's too many steps in an already long process. I can fill these Wilton bottles by simply pouring the diluted glaze a little higher so the spray is thin (not sure if that makes sense). Price: A few dollars for a pair which is great value. If you lose something, it's not that expensive to replace. Considerations: The red tip is VERY easy to lose. I almost threw it away thinking it was frosting crumbs. I'm so scared of losing it because when decorating I like to turn the bottles upside down and put on a lid so the bottle doesn't clog or the frosting runs out. You also don't have the opportunity to exchange tips. I have another Revain kit that works with muffs but I didn't use it because of the small holes!
