The software is easy for employees in my department who are not technical people at all! It does what it says with minimal training required which makes things easier when you have many users using different platforms within your organization that need access as well!! We use this program daily during our work hours so any issues come up right away before they can cause problems or be overlooked completely (especially since we're working hard!). I haven't ran into anything yet but i'm sure there will eventually due too its nature where everything gets fixed quickly if an issue arises instead waiting until end-of day/weekend etc.. If something comes out while someone has been off sick then sometimes other workers don’t realize unless told otherwise because no one else uses HHMU regularly like me do. I like that it is very user friendly. The reporting is great. It is easy to use for my staff and our clients. The interface can be improved by adding more features. We are able to easily see what services were provided in each visit. This allows us to track progress and help with billing issues. We also have been able to reduce the amount of time we spend reviewing records.
