Review on 🔊 Enhanced Marine Zone Receiver RGHR45 Bluetooth/Radio/Wired Remote by Rockville by Brad Dotson

The radio has not worked properly since I installed it. When I tried to contact tech support, the website said they only have email support. After several days of emailing back and forth I was not helped. When I asked to speak to someone I was told the phone system was down. It is very strange that the phone system has not been working for more than a week. At one point I was asked about the wiring and I explained that my two batteries are connected in parallel. You said to connect the batteries in series. This produces 24 volts, not the required 12 volts that I currently have. At this point I decided to return the radio.
