I use an 8hp Metro Vac dual motor blaster. Try something new. I will serve them again and keep them as a spare. A Master blaster costs around $380, and that's without the variable speed option, which typically costs around $400 or more. So far, this Adam Air Gun Dryer has proven its worth! I've been using the air gun for a week now. It's as powerful as a Master Blaster but quieter than a Master Blaster. The air seems to stay cooler longer with the Air Pistol compared to the Master Blaster. I love that it comes with two hose connectors (fan and forced). A dryer without attachments works great for drying (a dried franny is shown). I also like the anti-rotation mechanism that secures the hose and nozzles rather than the master blaster's metal clamp rings. The air gun hose is very flexible and very long, but it won't get in your way if you roll up the excess on a special hanger. I recently ordered "Shernbao High Velocity Professional Pet Grooming Hair Dryer, 6.0HP (DHD-2400F)" and it was a joke how short the hose was. I had to send it back because of the hose and its 6 hp. was not enough for me and the big fluffy animal dogs that I breastfeed here and there. I do not recommend Shernbao for professional care. I like the variable rate airgun with a sure launch that usually costs a bit more! The base and casters are large and durable. The dryer itself is lighter and shorter than the Master Blaster, which is great because I sometimes travel with my dryer. The only downside I noticed with this dryer is that the power plug doesn't have a grounding pin. I am very happy with this order and hope other groomers can find this review helpful as I have only seen car dryer reviews here and I know how difficult it is to find a good affordable professional dog dryer!
