The best thing about this software are its templates that you can easily customize according your business needs like invoices etc., it also allows us as users with multiple locations in different countries so we don't have any issues when sending or receiving files between our offices at times where internet connectivity was not good enough; sometimes there might be some delay but I think most companies nowadays would say they're ok waiting 5-10 minutes while having great customer service support available 24 hours 7 days 365days! Nothing much really dislike other than maybe being able too see all my emails within one window instead if 2 windows (maybe more) because i'm always switching back n forth through them both -.-.
