This is the discounted version of the Contour 2 so I knew there would be some savings on quality. In terms of price, they are on par with the HK KLR and Vforce Grill. A single piece of molded plastic isn't very pliable like the Grillz or Eflex so comfort is worse as it definitely squeezes the head. Breathability is excellent and the lens is as good as any thermal lens. The overall profile is in the medium size range, so basically nobody's jaw is bared. However, removing the lenses isn't as easy or painless as the I5 or EVS, and the strap buckles must be pressed firmly to remove the lenses. Overall, it's on par with anything else in this price range.
