The product works well, just the drink doesn't heat up as I thought. It takes a while and it just warmed up my hatch too. If you're looking for something to keep your coffee warm, this will work. The problem is, I don't think most people are looking for something to cool their coffee or drink down a bit, I think they're looking for a hot coffee, like having a fresh cup of coffee from a coffee maker or from a coffee shop. For the reasons I got it, it doesn't really do what it's supposed to do. It also took 20-30 minutes for it to even start heating up enough to hold it there. I left it there for over an hour and then it warmed up. I know it's not a high price but I'd say save your money unless you like your coffee warm and don't mind waiting the extra time for it to heat up. I would not buy this product again but it might work for some people.
