This device will relieve my tight neck. It's well thought out (like the opening right where the charging cable needs to be), solidly built and advertised as lightweight, so you can carry it from room to room or take it with you when you travel. The only downside mentioned by others was the difficulty of setting it up the first time, as the numbers meant to guide the customer weren't particularly helpful. So I ignored them and just set it up on a whim and completed the task in about 5 minutes. Did I mention I'm a 78-year-old woman disabled by polio? If I can do it, anyone with normal vision and two working hands can do it. Bravo to this company!
