There is so much to say about this product. Every month I fell into a deep depression from which I shut myself off from the world. It took me a day or two to convince myself to go through with it. Some days were much harder than others. I've been taking 5-HTP for almost two months now and instead of being/feeling everywhere I feel like a completely different person with more normal emotions. I laugh more, have fun and smile a lot more than before. I used to allow myself to fall victim to my feelings and situations. It doesn't happen anymore. I am by no means saying that this product cured my emotions. This product has enabled me to become a happier person with what I consider normal emotional/hormonal changes at this time of the month. By the way, I don't take any additional medication for anxiety/depression. This is the only product I take that I highly recommend.
