Not all advice came. what did i get

I think I got a refund. It was bubble wrapped and there were only two nozzles in the box. Unfortunately I had to use them straight away so I cannot now return them for a reasonable replacement. I don't have time to call support. Maybe they read the review. If they send me new tips I will update the rating.
