This is more putty than dust. The only way to apply it to paper, say if I want to tint it, is to make a dispersion in water, since it's water soluble I dip a rag in my "mixture" and apply it to the paper once on dries . you can delete it Not the best stuff, but not the worst either, depending on what you want to do. This is not a dry powder.
