Pins Stuck - Computers and Accessories

The product works great if you know exactly how you want the pins to fit together the first time. As soon as I connected some wires to the side of the DB9 adapter, they got stuck and couldn't be removed. Perhaps intentional, but if so, it should be documented and advertised as such. The product works well for one-time use or when no readjustment is required. In my case, this product did not meet my expectations.
