Background - I am a 62 year old overweight woman with arthritis. I haven't felt "cute" in a bathing suit in about 10 years, since then I've gained 50 pounds. I recently started water aerobics (why didn't I find out about this sooner?) and found that my "old" tankinis just weren't for me. I seriously bought these based on price and size. Tankini tops swim in the pool! Nobody wants to see that belly, I tell you. And I kept pulling the back of my pants off. I pulled the top down and told myself that if I finish 2 weeks of classes and enjoy them I will buy myself a new suit. That was it. Oh my goodness! It's very well done. The fabric is a lot thicker than I thought based on the price (hey, I'm still cheap). Covers ALL loot. No constant pull-ups. Hallelujah! The girls supported us. No pads to move or fall out (they are sewn in). And it definitely controls the tummy. Unfortunately, this will NOT get rid of the stomach, but I'm hoping water aerobics will help with that. There was a water zumba last night and I didn't have to pull, tug, or cover anything once. I'm a happy old lady and I'm sure the people working around me are just as happy!
