The build and sound quality of my Mac mini is very good. No settings, just plug and play; durable metal base; The gooseneck has two comfortable flex points. My complaint relates to the mute button. I love that it's not an instant turn on sound, you press it once and it stays on. However, the button is a soft-press switch, not a dedicated on/off position. Thus, the computer itself can turn on the microphone without physical manipulation. Every time my computer wakes up, the microphone turns on. When I open a multimedia application, the microphone turns on. When I open a Discord chat, the microphone turns on. I want to force it off so the computer can't make it hot at will. Whatever the case, I just have to unplug it from the base to really mute it.
