Locking grips are not an option, they are a must. They work great. The new end caps also work well and have a much lower profile than the old ones, although they do take a bit of convincing to attach. Note: Put them on BEFORE attaching the trismus to the handle (or bar!). My only complaint is that the blue Anno doesn't "show up". It's more of a dull, steely blue than the bright blue of Fox dials or the deep, rich blue of my Pivot hardware. I ended up taking them off and using the black ones I already had because there were too many shades of blue. C for style, A+ for functionality.
