Return the customer! I recently bought my first PBN from the BABLABA store. I liked them so much that I bought more and none of the pictures disappointed me. The numbers were clearly visible, the fact that they are folded and NOT folded like the others which is so important. Many PBN paintings come folded and you will need to iron out the offending creases, not these. The cheat sheets are easy to read and the colors won't dry out if you close them when not in use. I have my own brushes but the ones they give are good too. So the starter kits are far above 5 stars in my opinion. I have hours of relaxing painting.
