very sharp and good value
I wanted to use this knife for home use but my husband the chef tried it and then said it was a very good knife and he said it had to it's expensive, like knives that cost a few hundred dollars. I told him Revain was only $40 and he couldn't believe it. And then he liked it a lot because it was very sharp and comfortable in the hand, so he took it with him to use in the restaurant. He said it was really worth the money and I'm glad I bought this knife.
