Don't trust the level
Okay you create a product and turn on the level, don't you want the level to be accurate? I think it would be important. Okay, you buy a product and it includes a level, you trust the level. Well, I trusted this thing. Until I stepped back after hanging the TV and noticed that it was leaning back about an inch. Lesson learned. don't trust the level. The mount is good and I would recommend it, just don't use a spirit level.
