However this is a really nice and durable faux wood frame I was able to find the specific piece, do not frame the one I need as it has an oval border due to the odd sizes in this listing. I had a 5" x 7" oval cross stitch and figured the oval hoop would give me some room so I ordered this set. Unfortunately I believe the measurements are taken from the OUTSIDE of the tires and not the inside white part. My artwork didn't work because it was too big for the hoop. Sad face. I'm sure I won't have any problem finding other parts for this frame or using it in the future, I just wanted potential buyers to know how measurements on this tire work. More than anything, I wanted buyers to be aware that faux wood has the potential to stain/ruin anything they frame. When I try to center my cross stitch in a round frame the paint or paint or whatever has rubbed off the fabric leaving a very visible stain/stain. After spending countless hours on the piece, the last thing I want is to leave some kind of framing mark on it. From now on I will definitely stick with wooden tires. Yes, they look beautiful and durable, but there are more negative sides to these hoop earrings than positive ones. I will not buy again.
