The frame breaks!

Very upset. Bought as a gift from one such party. Must give, and the only option is to "replace the date before"! Serious? Should I give a gift, drive (or mail) two hours for a replacement, and then ship it back? How about, oh you must have gotten a bad gift, give a perfect new one and have the recipient throw away the original piece of shit! Not worth my time and quite embarrassing. I wish I could share this with the manufacturers before I share it with everyone, but not with the Amazon feature. Removed "Customer Service" radial button in.?!?!?"
