A smart part. Big enough to hold a lot of fat without taking up much space. I keep mine in the fridge's oil compartment next to the oil. I poured in the fat straight from the still very hot pan, covered with a lid and placed in the fridge. The next time I needed some fat, I scooped it up with a spoon without any fuss or fuss. Much better than the glass I used. The only warning is if you catch them, if people are coming keep an eye on them. He's so cute and so good at his job that everyone would want to own one. This is a great gift idea. The little box it comes in is so cute that a pig face sticks out. Anyone who cooks with oil will love it.
