Review on Clohc by Ray Cole

The ease by which one could reach out for technical support or assistance through livechat is what I like best about this software! Some features are not yet available but it will surely be there soon enough!! Very good product that delivers value at every stage right till end-customer satisfaction level. So far so very great! As expected we have achieved all levels required & delivered beyond expectations!! Nothing much really except some minor issues here nthere (mainly related w/ integration). But nothing too serious either ;) It's been almost 1 year since i started using cloc now :) Highly recommendable tool if used correctly /implementation wise/. I like that it is easy for non-technical people too use this software - very simple! It's not perfect but has helped us solve many problems we used be having before using cloho (ease solving tickets). We have been able to see who was looking at what page when an incident occurred so far which saves me some admin hours each day now compared tot he old way where i would need about 5 minutes per morning just logging into my computer then doing all reports manually etc..
