Maybe there are some bugs or problems with the program.
Pros: Lightweight and easy to use. Cons: Storage is cleared as soon as updates for Windows are downloaded. I was unable to fully download the update, causing it to run slower than my 2009 MacBook I was replacing. This is the second cloud laptop I've bought and returned. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra $100 and get a laptop with a hard drive. The attached image shows the screen after a reboot where the update failed.
