    Best for browsing traditional laptops

    Use this laptop at school and kids use it. It's very durable (kids can be rough in it) and had no problems surfing the web. This is a slower computer and probably not the best for processing or anything that uses a lot of memory.

    Maybe there are some bugs or problems with the program.

    Pros: Lightweight and easy to use. Cons: Storage is cleared as soon as updates for Windows are downloaded. I was unable to fully download the update, causing it to run slower than my 2009 MacBook I was replacing. This is the second cloud laptop I've bought and returned. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra $100 and get a laptop with a hard drive. The attached image shows the screen after a reboot where the update failed.

    There is not enough memory to update the Windows system that comes with the laptop

    When I turned it on I got a message saying I need to update my Windows. When I did this, I received a message that my laptop didn't have enough memory to update. I called HP and they said no problem, I just need more memory. I was under the impression that I was going to buy a new laptop with Windows 10 and felt cheated to get more money.

    This laptop is very slow. I bought it because it is light and I can easily take it with me. So perfect for that! But it's a dinosaur when it comes to turning on browsers, opening browsers, and actually opening everything.

    Total disappointment for traditional laptops

    This is an upgrade. After a year with a laptop I can't say it's complete bullshit. You can't even uninstall programs that start with a clean reset without having enough space on your computer. Having an external hard drive meant nothing. Disk Cleanup is useless and Windows update requests are maddening. Don't waste money. Just buy a MAC.

    Not fit for purpose

    Doesn't download the latest windows updates and ultimately won't download them even after an advanced file cleanup. The way HP sells a product that doesn't have enough space to carry out this basic and necessary command is indeed criminal. I would like a $250 refund, but apparently my Revain return window for this product has closed after 30 days. To update? 45 days later. rubbish and inappropriate.

    Beautiful and beneficial!

    It's a good deal and works really well as long as you don't get bogged down in a bunch of apps or programs. An external hard drive is almost essential if you want to do something interesting with it, but it's perfect for school and work (stationery). Light and small, with a decent battery life. For a few hundred dollars, this would make a great college gift. (and maybe buy them that external HD)

    I liked that the laptop looks new and the size is perfect, but I don't like that it doesn't fit me at all. It's slow and won't let me use my Netflix laptop. This prevents me from using curtain sites or I have to update them. And now the screen doesn't even turn on, I can see my mouse but the screen is black.
