There is not enough memory to update the Windows system that comes with the laptop
When I turned it on I got a message saying I need to update my Windows. When I did this, I received a message that my laptop didn't have enough memory to update. I called HP and they said no problem, I just need more memory. I was under the impression that I was going to buy a new laptop with Windows 10 and felt cheated to get more money.
