Amazing Stuff!: Kitchen & Dining
This was an amazing purchase! I make quite a bit of goat cheese. I've used different fabrics, oil muslin and thinner gauze, but I think this is my favorite. It's perfect, the weave is tight enough to work and loose enough to squeeze out the serum. It has a nice tight hem on two edges and I'll trim and hem the rest and then I'll see no need for extra gauze for years!
