My husband is 6ft tall, weighs 155 pounds, slim, waist 32 inches, inseam 34 inches. Size medium (his normal size), these homemade pants fit very well and are a little short. So I'd say they're a little smaller than his regular mid-size lounge pants - we've had that before with this brand. At least they seem to be consistent. They are very light, soft, comfortable and well made. Machine washed, warm water, tumble dried low - all great.
