Didn't quite fit me, but so cute! Try them!
I really wanted them to match. I tried 7.5/8 and they just didn't fit. They're a bit narrow, so the 8s rubbed my pinky weirdly, and the 7.5s weren't long enough. But if they fit my foot I would keep them. They are very cute, feel comfortable and look very cute.
