Failed to load media. Above all. This is a great prop or trailer for serious workouts. It's not rubber. It is a hard but flexible plastic suitable for "cutting" movements. Not suitable for piercing at all. I added some Rub'n'Buff silver but the blade was all black. Sorry for the confusion. I got it for a post-apocalyptic roleplaying game, but it's not safe. The blade is about 1/8 inch thick so I keep it as a utility knife for short films and triathlon. Inside is a small steel weight that rattles but can be removed. The knife is cheap plastic, the knife doesn't hold in it but looks good. The buckle was broken upon delivery. But for 10€ I didn't expect anything of high quality. So I don't mind. If I can find 1/8" hard rubber. I will replace the blade and continue to use the sheath and handle on the RIJD.
