This car was such a total disappointment that I was blown away. It hurts to take it apart. Assembling hurts. It takes much longer to use than a standard coffee maker. The coffee concentrate has a faint taste. It leaves residues in the finished product. But most importantly, you must hold it in place for the entire 3-4 minutes of operation or it will immediately detach from the counter, even if you place it on the mat that comes with it. Presentation is the most impressive part of this machine. It comes with a hard case that makes it easy to carry and looks great. It looks like it's really worth the current price. However, that is the only compliment I can give. Once you get over the original look the car becomes a nightmare. Taking the car apart to wash it for the first time was an excruciating process that had me constantly checking the owner's manual and worrying that I might damage one of the car's parts, which are all made of plastic. Once it was taken apart and washed it was just as difficult to put back together. I had to write down how I disassemble it so I have a frame of reference as the pictures in the instructions aren't as helpful as I'd like. and I followed the instructions exactly. When it came time to turn on the machine, everything started spinning. The whole car. It was placed perfectly on a non-slip base and still only turned and moved. Not to mention the noise. It was like turning on the phone with constant vibration and leaning it against the tabletop. As if everyone wants that before drinking their coffee. To stop the skidding and noise you need to keep the car in place. It works all the time. Whole 3 minutes. Who has time for this? Finally, when the machine finished and my hand was numb, I was happy to taste the finished product, mixing it with some milk, plain syrup, and ice for cold coffee. The results were lackluster at best. It tasted very diluted, nothing like the concentrate or espresso it claims to be. In addition, the entire underside of the product was gritty and full of dirt that went unnoticed. Overall, I do not recommend this product at all. If you're an iced coffee lover like me, keep searching for the perfect brew because this one is completely different. I'm reusing my overnight frozen coffee pot to get better. This gadget will never see my countertop again.
